Who completes the assignment?
Every appraisal and measurement assignment is completed by a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
What does a listing measurement include?
A floor plan sketch, gross living area calculation, comparison with county appraisal district records and summary comments.
Are room dimensions included?
Room dimensions are not part of the standard measurement package. They may be available for an additional fee when specifically requested.
Do you provide VA appraisals?
No. Texas Appraisals, LLC does not provide VA appraisal services.
Do you work outside North Houston?
North Houston is our primary coverage area, but we may accept assignments elsewhere depending on the property and client needs.
How do I request a quote?
Provide the property address, requested service and preferred timing.
Can you present at our real estate office?
Yes. We offer interactive appraisal presentations for realtor office meetings, typically lasting 20–45 minutes, with questions encouraged throughout.
How long does the assignment take?
Timing depends on the service, location, property complexity and current workload.
